Should the pre-judicial collection be of no success, a judicial dunning procedure can be initiated upon request.
Our contracted layers file a judicial dunning procedure and where appropriate an enforcement order at the court having jurisdiction.
If an objection is being raised, you can be represented by one of our contracted lawyers.
As soon as an enforceable debt instrument (enforcement order) exists, the respective judicial execution measures can be initiated.
The debt instrument is valid for 30 years, the claim will not be statute-barred in that time.
Should the debt be unexhibitable for the time being, we will monitor the debt for up to 30 years; should there be any change of creditworthiness during that time, the respective judicial execution measures will be initiated.
