In the pre-judicial collection, we try to collect your receivables without engaging a court.
We verify the received data (e-mail/address/telephone number).

We dun (oder remind) the customer via e-Mail and offer a direct payment facility to make the payment as easy as possible (online bank transfer).
If the customer does not pay after receiving an e-Mail, we dun him with respective note of consequences for the refusal of payment (optionally by registered mail).
After unsuccessful dunning by mail, if required, we try to contact the debtor by telephone.
If wished by the creditor, also a personal consulting of the debtor about possible options of redemption can be arranged.

On all these proceedings you have direct influence:
- You place the receivable online via our interface
- You directly influence the text of the reminder
- You determine the number of dunning levels and the escalation level
- You choose optional or alternative strategies

Should the above mentioned steps not be successful, the legal collection can follow.
